Restart:  A program for women contemplating or experiencing divorce or separation.

Divorce can leave you depressed, lonely, financially strapped and wondering, Now what? It can take up to two years after a divorce to feel normal again, but you don’t have to go it alone.  Join this positive, supportive group for women who are contemplating or experiencing a relationship change.  The program is appropriate for women contemplating or experiencing separation/divorce or who are already divorced.

Together with other women, discover how to reinvent yourself as head of household, create co-parenting plans and begin to think about new relationships.

Our Wednesday Restart Group is facilitated by Cynthia L. Sarris-Vogt, LCSW, LLC. Cynthia has been a facilitator for W&FL for many years leading our Divorce Support Group. She brings experience as a social worker and yoga instructor along with her warmth and compassion. She has helped to make countless women feel welcome and supported in her group sessions.

Our Thursday Restart Group is facilitated by Tobie G. Meisel, JD, LCSW.  With her unique background in both law and social work and her compassion and sense of humor, Tobie has helped hundreds of women successfully restart their lives over the past 25 years.

Light refreshments served, brown bag lunch encouraged.
