For moms of infants and for expectant moms
Fridays, 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.
Join other moms and moms-to-be in this supportive women’s group. Laugh, cry, talk or listen…ask those questions you so often are afraid to ask! Am I the only mother who feels this way? Does your baby do this too? How do I take care of myself with the demands of my baby? Women discuss everything from mom self-care to baby care, going back to work and more. Make friends and feel connected to other women. Come with or without your baby! This group welcomes all mothers of infants, including nursing and bottle-feeding moms, adoptive and foster moms and first-time and experienced moms. We also welcome expectant moms.
Mom to Mom is led by three facilitators who also are moms with backgrounds in nursing, social work and holistic health. Our nurse is a certified lactation consultant and will be available once-twice monthly to answer breastfeeding questions for nursing moms. If you have an urgent breastfeeding question, please call our office and we will arrange for you to talk with our nurse.
